Directions for use :
Apply Pen eyeliner from the inner corner of the eye to the outer corner. Start at the base of the lashes and widen the line according to the desired effect.
1)Sweep brush along upper lash line.
2)For a thin line, do not apply too much pressure.
3)For a thicker line, press a little harder.
